fax machine calling my landline - a week now v. annoying

Cancelled my subscription to Unite as I found them too interested in political issues and not enough in member issues. Since then have regular calls from this number which I don t answer, irritating though.

Hard to understand male that probably called himself Richard but sounded like Rachel. Didn t take to well to me repeatedly asking his name....then he told me he was going to F**k me in my ar*e & hung up.

Retarded call system means you wait a while to have the "agent" speak to you. Rude staff, the typical rubbish ambulance chasing type. Report to the ICO, this practice is bad enough without having a two bit con firm deliver these calls at a very low standard even for this industry, should be closed down.

Call almost daily over the last few months. Pretend to want to help me fix my computer - if I log on while they are on the phone to me. Very dodgy.

I am sick to death of the daily calls from this number all times of day no message left etc I have found out it is a sky number based in Cardiff but do not answer or call back getting really sick of it now need to find out how to block this number it s a nuisance especially as I am already with sky! Not by choice but automatically transferred from O2.

Reject the call and then block the number before answering for the first time. I cancelled my Labour Membership and now I am getting calls from this number to rejoin, sometimes at 9pm.

I m called from this number frequently. Nowadays I usually let the answerphone take the call, and then check 1471. Today s caller said he was from British Consumer . As TPS has confirmed, there s no such company. Someone who posted a comment here was asking why BT etc don t block these calls since the number is known. It s because BT and the other telephone providers make money offering a service that subscribers can sign up to specifically to block such calls – they ride on the back of these people

It was to do with my banking contract to help improve my banking package deal ie IF you pay for a premium banking service IE Lloyds Gold where in paying a monthly fee for your account they offer you various insurance packages the twit who phoned me was trying to tell me he was going to improve on my current offer!! I ve left a comment as they are now seemingly going from "National Utilities" to "Concept Industries". I ve been called by this number and others today regarding a recent tenancy change at my premises. I ve owned and lived in the property for 7 years! The girl ended up putting the phone down on me after she couldn t wriggle out of a few questions I asked. A load of nonsense. Other numbers they ve used include - 01495 816006 and 01622 248006 I m also pretty certain it s the same girl who phones, ha!

Called stating they were local surveyors but no trace found on line, suspect hoax call

this number called my private line very late, almost 10pm but when answered they failed to speak, probably because I have strongly objected to unsolicited calls before this. I have joined the no unsolicited calls group but they still get past that.
