Just received a call from this number now. A guy called James was the caller and said he was calling on behalf of my bank as I had apparently been in contact with them, which I haven t and he had my name also. It sounded like he was giggling and chuckling whilst he was reading out his spiel so I hung up. Will be keeping an eye out for this number calling again so I won t pick up.
SCAM CALLER SOUNDED LIKE FROM A CALL CENTRE, AND SAID THEY WERE FROM AMAZON ABOUT MY PRIME SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL. I ASKED QUESTIONS AND THE CALLER WAS SO RUDE AND CALLED ME A DUMMY AND PROMPTLY HUNG UP!! THEY WANTED £79.

Latest incarnation of persistent cold calling from this Belfast based company. This time they are trying to flog VMWare. As usual, MO involves 2-3 calls daily with no chance of removal from their lists - they say the will but never do.

This Bitch phoned me saying she was from Home Serve, knew my name and what appliances i had on a previous policy, i havent been with home serve for about 6 yrs, so when she said i paid £200 for a 2 year cover and that she was calling for a 3rd years cover for £169, i knew she was talking a load a shit. Scam call purportedly from bank advising of fraudulent credit card transactions which they are blocking. The caller wants you to input a code which they text to you. DO NOT DO SO. If you do they will, no doubt, get access to your account. I put a block on the call number via my mobile phone provider and sent an email to the bank's security dept informing them of the scam.
