Then launched into a big spiel about something or other, not anything relevant to me anyway given that I wasn't the person she asked to speak to. The number is a marketing company using automated surveys i.e recorded messages with press button that for this and press button this for that type responses. In my case, the survey related to using a NatWest service where I had supposedly contacted a NatWest call agent to discuss some aspect of my bank account.
