This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range - 28958324xx - just with last digits different, which is a common thing - they use a range of similar numbers. They are reported with different scope, but mostly call centres work for multiple clients. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 17928236xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI claims call centre from Swansea, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
