I jsut had a call from a sweet man give me this whole spiel about Great Ormand Street Hospital. I know great hospital etc. In the end I didnt donate because i am not in the position to financially, otherwise he nearly had me there. Other threads on the net suggest that this was a hoax. I am not sure. People be aware..but don t forget to care!

SPAM and FRAUD - Shane called me today about my telephone line reducing my line rental - he said he could see I also had broadband (I don't). He was not from a telephone company - he should be ashamed of himself how does he (and the rest of the Indian callers) sleep at night. MOT reminder! In principle that is a good idea, but I have repeat missed calls at least 2 a day, when the phone never actually rings just leaves a missed call message with the 0345 number! Do they expect me to call them to find out why they called. If it is MOT reminder, just text me don t repeat call, that is aggressive advertising!
An automated message telling me it is from the Fraud agency and that my NI has been used in illegal activities, I do need to get in contact before I get arrested. Voice told me to press '1' I have not. I would expect a more direct and personal approach. I hope I am right
