I was asked to speak tot he business owner so knew straight away it was a cold call to which I said no thank you and put the phone down. To which the caller rang back and was somewhat aggressive the next time stating that I had put the phone down on him and that he would e-mail my director telling him what I had done then proceeded to hang up on me. Having read the previous comment, there is no surprise why he behaved in this way!

Very aggressive and rude. They will say that they are calling regarding "Your car accident" for which they have no details. They will call everyone including people who never had a car.
