He was distracted by my dog barking and wanted to get into a conversation about my dog which was obviously a rouse to get me to try and interact with him. I rather abruptly interrupted him 3 times to ask how I can help him when he started mumbling something about post codes and fuel. By this time I'd had enough and said 'No thank you, goodbye' and put the phone down. He instantly redialed my number another 4 times but I rejected each call and have now
