Had numerous calls from this company asking for us by name,They are a Home Insurance brokers. We have reported them as have TPS and they are making a continious nuisance of themselves.

This is one of many numbers on a scam/spam rampage. Ive tracked the number to a street in liverpool, but i m not sure if they are using a proxy or not. I have a name of the operator and told them to take my number off ALL the numbers databases....Short to say I have been phoned a few days later, from the same office or complex. Just answered a call from this number and was told they were looking to speak to S MacDonald which is myself. They said they were calling regarding a personal matter on behalf on a mutual client but could not tell me any more information until I confirmed by details. Girl was rude and very blunt on the with her responses. I will not confirm any details unless I know who is calling but she refused to disclose that to me. Hung up

Usual ask by name, newver confirm just ask who they were, Scottish sounding chap confirmed the Green Advisory Service. Laughed in his face, told him I was signed upto the TPS, and I work designing roofing and I knew that it was a con, and never to call me again. Then blocked the number. Must get round to reporting these con artists, for all the good it does!

I doubt that very much, also pet peeve but called me by my first name which suggests they have more information than I would care to give.I had to stop his spiel to ask him to remove my information which he couldn t do so I ve hung up. I did not catch the name of the company but they reported Ihad been in an RTA and asked me to confirm. I asked them to confirm the date and they refused so I explained that I had short term memory loss and they would have to remind me when it happened. They put the phone down!!
