As in the other comment I was told to ring 01642850850 - this is useless. It asks you to give the name of the person and offers no other option. Since I don t know who called I was at a dead end

called and left a voicemail for my mum (she owns the 3uk contract account for my phone)and asked her to call them back on the same number. seems a bit suspicious to me though because they have never called before even when we were behind on a payment, other people said all they hear is silence which wouldnt happen for official 3uk customer advisors calling people and the woman was barely understandable - she was obviously an indian call centre person

Just received the fourth call from this number even though I asked to be taken off their list. They are a pain. They offer servicing for Dyson cleaners which will no doubt result in you needing costly and unnecessary other spare parts.

(Boiler replacement scheme) Followed instructions to speak to someone there to ask them to remove my name from their list, as I am registered with the Telephone Preference scheme. Guy there refused to do it. I asked him for the name of the company and he said it was "Green Shield". I asked to speak to a supervisor there but he would not let me. I asked him his name.
