Just had a call from 01952 241140 - when I answered they took a few seconds to respond, suggesting a call centre. Claimed to be from Microsoft and wanted me to confirm I was the owner of this computer (I was on the phone not the computer but hey...) I confirmed it and then he asked the same question again but used my name. I confirmed it again and he hung up! Not sure what it was about but very wary.

Scam call purportedly from bank advising of fraudulent credit card transactions which they are blocking. The caller wants you to input a code which they text to you. DO NOT DO SO.
