If you press 1 they put you on hold and then someone answers saying «HRMC how can I help you?». If you say «I don't know, you called me». Then they hang up. SCAM 'YOu've been involved in an incident with another vehicle' - no I have never - the guy was desperately trying to convince me it was not a collision or anything large but a very minor incident.
SCAM Thiks was a recorded meesage claiming to be from a 'bank security' firm, stating there had been two unlawful Amazon purchases from my bank account. I hung up at this point, and checked my bank account. There had been no illegal activity on my account. Beware of this number and messages on it.
