Being called three to four times every day from 01512856234 claiming to be from AMAZON and renewing my PRIME account.
SPAM "Carphone Warehouse" trying to get me to sign up for a new deal but did understand the difference between handset and sim only contracts. Similar number called a few weeks ago saying they can save me money on my O2 bill. Im not on O2.
Got a call at 3:45pm from this number today after looking there phone number up on google they are PPI Scammers and they are using different phone numbers including this phone number 01633473396 linked to the same scammers so please beware of these criminals. Had 2 calls and both at 10.42 am one day and 10.43am the other following day . I used a land line that does not show its number to call back and the number does not accept call back . I block these pest numbers on my Mobil once I know they are spam . This number is spam and now blocked .
Wanted to know if I had been involved in a car accident within last 2 years as she said they had been informed that I had, (I haven t). When I questioned why she was calling me she hung up.

Had a number of calls from this company whilst not at home, received a call this afternoon and when I answered a man said he was Steve and calling to say I had been on the Ee website looking for broadband when I said no he disconnected the call
Claimed to be postcode lottery. I apparently won a prize and they had my name and asked to confirm my sort code and account number also. I was able to find information from the postcode lottery website that was very helpful and when I challenged the caller, they hung up. Please be aware, as this seems likely to be a scam. I’ve never signed up for the postcode lottery, so couldn’t have won anything from them.

Said they were BT. Lots of background noise so I challenged with "sounds very noisy for BT". Said that I used to be a BT customer and they wanted to offer me deals to welcome me back. I asked when their records indicated I was a BT customer (they didn t know). They asked about my package. I told them Virgin TV/phone/internet and they kept upping my speed of internet. They said "You re on fibre optic then?" I confirmed I was happy with Virgin so the call ended.
Claims direct...... regarding recent accident .... Pointed out to them that by storing my information without my consent and cold calling me is illegal and advised they should remove all traces of me from their database and I will be reporting this company. This is the second time in a week they have called even after I requested they remove mt details on the last call. Guy got very edgy pleading with mr not to report this and apologised.
