Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. Subsequently they rang me on said number begging for me to return ? Too late! I wouldn?t go back if it was free.

They say they are from HRMC tax fraud in my name they tell you to call press 1 don’t it’s scam to get your details they also say you will get arrested today

Called from a noisy call centre. Introduced themselves from black pearl claims. Company registered in leeds kept them on the line the wanted to know my address DOB and if i had any loans.
SCAM - likely the scammers have spoofed this number, but it's one of many calling about making money online, calling me by a different name, and trying to make me tell them my real one. Very persistent.

NEVER call an unknown number back. If you do so, you may unknowingly be calling a Premium Rate or International number which will incur a very large charge on your bill.
Number called for roughly 3 seconds and disconnected the call before I could pick up.
The caller says they are from the Royal Mail and that I have a package being held in Central London. They want payment to release it. The cost is minimal but felt like a scam. Asked them to send me an email. On receipt, it definitely looks like a scam. I think if postage is underpaid, you get a note to say so through the mail. I'm marking it as dangerous as my gut tells me this is a phishing attack but I can't confirm.
