I Received a call from this number twice today and when i was able to answer they introduced themselves as Consumer helpline, the lady on the call advised that i had overpaid for finance in 2011 and she wished to help me get this refunded however i have never taken anything out on finance. I asked to submit a subject access request under the Data Protection Act where she then passed me to her manager. The Manager was very polite with me and advised if i wished to submit a SAR then to Email ReactivMedia.co.u

I had a call from these people again today asking for my father. I politely told him that he was not here and I got "whys that" very appropriate I think not. I received a call from Chase Alexander from telephone number 07509701173. The guy had a Liverpool accent and stated I had had a road traffic road which is incorrect. They rang me a couple of times today. I could also hear laughing in the background, not professional and a very bad line. It s clearly a scam.
