Someone named Clive Roberts rang me from this number today 4/11/15 at 11am stating he was calling on behalf of 02. He said he was offering a promotion that 02 were providing. Texts received from this number on my mobile- states that you are entitled to a large refund on PPI payments which is a load of total rubbish. Obviously a telemarketer working for a PPI reclaim company. Not to be trusted.
