Number was a machine and cut-off within seconds. spam call. Now Blocked

Ring once and put phone down. When I answered second time, I could hear a baby crying in an office?! Then the phone when down!

It is one of those days.....I have had three of these calls in one morning when exceptionally busy. Criminals make up these numbers - all fake and nearly always different - to call me to try to persuade me to fall for their story that there is something wrong with my computer or internet connection. Their aim is to persuade me to believe their lies and allow them to infect it with something that would be very serious if I fell for their story that they represent Talk Talk or B.T. It varies. A few minutes after my last nuisance call, which was from the Talk Talk impersonators, I got this one - from the p.p.i. pests using a number they had not used for me before. Only a couple of days ago their recorded message was saying it was their final attempt to contact me, but telling lies is habitual for them. I estimate I have had a hundred calls from these people. I look forward to the day they are prosecuted. They are making money out of people s naivety so I hope they get fined heavily.
