Ring their phone: you ll find the voice message is by teenager who can barely read the script. The script is by someone who can t write - "If you have had A accident...". So if that s the effort and expense they re prepared to invest into making their first impression, imagine how diligent their customer service must be. Enough said.

Sounded vaguely feasible until I 1471 d the number and got this one-was expecting a local number as she said (and was perfectly polite, no aggression at all) she was calling direct from my local Tesco Express. Clearly Indian gentleman claiming to be from BT and saying that my internet connection was slow. I told him it was fine and he hung up without another word.

Had a call from a Wayne (over friendly in my opinion) about 4 items purchased prior to Christmas and asking if I d had to return any of the said items, then went on to talk about monthly payments and how I m now in control of what and when I pay. I told him two of the items had been paid for outright. All this information would be on my account, right?The call doesn t sit right with me so will be contacting the company about this call.
