callcentre for ppi, insurance...all the usuall unwanted onsollicited phone calls. swore at me down the phone when trying to tell them i wasn t interested

28 Nov. 2022 (17:33) a chap with Indian accent called me claiming to be from BT to say that my computer may have been compromised and that he could check that for me if I switched it on and he ran a quick check. Complete nonsense of course and an attempted scam. He said he was calling from London but the area code is Falkirk (Scotland).

AND another call, I m quite enjoying this game !!After all the usual blab I asked them for the contact details of the other company who passed on my info to them - I was then passed onto a manager who asked me for my name (not given) Manager told me that text message from same number had not been sent by them ! liars -he also told me that my mobile number had been passed onto them with a large stack of details related to me !!but still couldnt tell me my name ! I told them to ask the supplier company to c

Unsolicited call no doubt. On basis of previous comment glad I didn't answer and have now blocked it

Missed two calls from this number while I was in USA and not picking up unknown calls.

Had 3 calls in the space of two hours. Did not answer as aware it was a cold call.

nAnswerphone kicked in and caller rang off. No message.

Told me someone had use my debit card for £600

Called my mobile trying to sell me home insurance, asking if I had any. when I said that I live with my parents he asked if he could speak to them said they weren t available he asked if when he could call back said he couldn t and asked to be removed from his records we ll see what happens

Claimed to be from Microsoft and stated that my pc was being hacked. This number has been logged on other sites as untrustworthy

okay be careful. Got called 8.15 this morning by talk talk lady- it's not. Was called on Sat 3 times by 01257 521199 so looks like I'm going to have to ignore 01257 ...

recorded message saying my broadband will be stopped and IP address changed in 24 hours. Then an option of pressing 1 or 2 for more info. Call was ignored and number blocked.

As usual, yet another bunch of Asian voiced MERCHANT BANKERS! It is about time that calls such as this were made illegal. Any political party prepared to act? - I d vote for you!

Called saying that we had insurance on our TV that had expired. Hung up when I asked for details of the TV.

I have had missed calls from this number. But when i call back it cancels straight away. Before it gets chance to ring.
