this company is an ambulance chasing menace. register with the tps (including mobile numbers) and complain about them to get them investigated - it is now illegal for all but a few types of cold calls. if you still get calls after say two months complain to ofcom.

The sort of phone I am using, how long the contract is,...etc., I got suspicion because EE should have all those details without having to ask me especially as I am still in contract with them. This is Talk Talk number. They keep calling my house I would suspect in relation to a mobile contract I have recently cancelled as I didn t even ask for it! I dialled to see who it was so can confirm its Talk Talk. I don t answer if I am home and they never leave a message if I m not.
You say the number is based in Blackpool I know no one in that town. My number is TPS protected - for what its worth and my registration for the electoral roll, restricted.

I knew it was a scam straight away as there was no link to my existing provider, so I informed the caller of that and told him to "Bu**er off"! Suggest others do the same.
