Received a call straight after saying that they were calling on behalf of my provided and asked me for the expiry date of my bank card, when I asked why she got shirty with me and put me onto her 'verification manager' he then asked the same question and when I asked what the call was regarding he basically said he was putting me on a new contract 3 times more than what I am on.
