An extremely rude man (possibly antipodean accent) identified himself as being from the "Credit Protection Association", asking for our MD. My request for the reason for his call was met with abuse, so I ceased conversing with him. When I phoned back the number to make a complaint, I was met with a recorded message telling me I had received a marking call from the Credit Protection Association before it disconnected my call.

PPI ambulance chasers - really poor call, asking to speak to my now dead mother and when told deceased, went on to say there is good news for me as I can claim up to ?112k!!! Rude, didn t listen and badly scripted. The unsolicited caller could not explain to me how she could claim back between ?2500 and ?112,000 (!!!) when all I have ever had is an overdraft that is paid off in full at the end of the month!! She was happy to end the call when I said I worked in the finance industry and know I had no PPI.

This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. As people do search for this number, it should be used, so be aware. Did someone answer it? Who is it?
Calling every day, sometimes more than once. Don't know who they are because unless they give their name my phone (with nuisance blocker) doesn't even ring. So it must be an automated call otherwise they'd stop trying. Love my phones - these nuisance calls are a thing of the past. I only look occasionally to see if one number has been repeatedly calling / and this one has.
