The man said he was Miguel and was calling from Global something ... is this a Scam or fraud??! Thanks.

Think it’s a SCAM but didn’t listen for long enough to be 100% sure. An extremely thick accent that couldn’t speak very good English claiming to be from BT talking about problems with Internet access and slow connection.

Just another one of many scam calls I have been getting for months now. Could be genuine but I doubt it. All from different numbers but all saying there is a problem with my Windows 10 account and my computer is being damaged by it. I did have the computer checked and there is nothing wrong. Different names used too, always a strongly accented voice and a call centre noise in the background. So, so annoying!!!!!!
