Unsolitited cold call claiming that it had come to their attention that I had had an accident and made a claim on my policy. This was a blatant lie. Nothing more than a cold calling hard faced scam.

Annoying harassment call

Very aggressive and rude. They will say that they are calling regarding "Your car accident" for which they have no details. They will call everyone including people who never had a car. When I asked them to spell their company name, they but when I also asked to give me their company registration number, they told me to "F... off" and put the phone down. If I m not wrong the company name they gave me was "Quindell Legal Services", which does not exist according to Companies House. Next day they called m

This firm have been ringing me a few times for a survey, I told him I didn t do surveys I was polite but the firm are ringing me 8 am in the morning which is worrying as I have elderly parents. Just been called today my heart is racing thinking something had happened. Not amused
