At the beginning I politely told them that i was not interested requesting them to take my number off their call list and now its straight FO. I answered, and right away, a robot with female voice started to say something about HMRC, penalty, and I remembered that I saw some reviews from another phone numbers saying about this kind of calls, pretended to be from HMRC.
