Just had a fun half hour with this bunch, I called them 28 times asking them to stop calling me, they went mental! What a great way to wind someone up who you're sick of getting calls from. In the end they pleaded with me to stop calling them. I suggest everyone who has an all inclusive phone contract, and a few minutes to spare on a train journey or a long car trip, to fight fire with fire - give them a taste of their own tactics. Obtained my details and claimed a 3RD party had incurred injuries from a fictitious accident that I was supposedly involved in. I'm not sure of their angle, but I believe the company name was 'ACM'. I would block all calls from this number and ignore anything that is said.
Pay Zone told them 10 times to delete my number but they just keep ringing anyway. Never used them before its completely un-solicited nuisance calling.

The caller who had a Chinese accent said they were calling from 3 Mobile to sell me a new i phone or Samsung mobile, or alternatively all inclusive minutes for £6.00 for a SIM only deal and asked me what I was spending each month now. I am with 3 Mobile so I didn't feel inclined to give them that information and hung up.
