I received a call from this number just now. He said he was from a company called Technical Help Service and told me my computer had a virus. He tried to convince me using various methods including running the eventvwr (the errors listed there are not related to viruses!) This is identical to the well known Windows Technical Helpdesk scam. What a pathetic man, rang me and left a message on my voicemail - I was to ring him: on 01288 354688 or 077788 43932. Banged on about pensions for photographers and he d already worked with a Damian Blackwell? Whoever that it. I told him he was just a sad scammer, he got very shirty.
