I trused calling back but it doesn't say where we have reached to and it keep me on hold. I don't want my call to be paying out. There was a blank then just before they dropped the call I heard a voice or a something then call was dropped by them.

I asked her where this accident allegedly took place and she said 'in Glasgow' and I asked when it had taken place and she said 'last month' and I said that this was a phishing call. Answered the first 2 calls from this number to hear an Asian sounding voice - in the first instance telling me I had a Windows problem and the second time telling me I had a BT line problem. As I was aware of this scam, in both instances I told them to "get lost" and hung up. Since then they have been ringing me several times a day but since I have caller identity I ignore it. This is plain harassment.
