I texted back to say they d got a wrong number but apparently their number doesn t recieve text messages, although it does seem to be able to send them! This number was just used to send me an automated scam call claiming that a criminal case had been opened against me for tax evasion.

SCAM Took a few seconds to connect, then had the telltale click of a switchboard thing. Indian person saying they’re from [indistinguishable] asking how I was, I said I was fine thanks and asked how they were. They proceeded to say they have a deal with Vodafone and blah blah blah. I couldn’t be bothered to play along so I said no thank you and hung up.
