This Bitch phoned me saying she was from Home Serve, knew my name and what appliances i had on a previous policy, i havent been with home serve for about 6 yrs, so when she said i paid £200 for a 2 year cover and that she was calling for a 3rd years cover for £169, i knew she was talking a load a shit. I had the same experience as Dani. I d cut them off as they couldn t give me any details of our BT account when they said that our internet was about to be cut off. I phoned BT and they confirmed that our internet service was ok and the call was probably a scam. I have now blocked this number
