I get at least one call a day from this number. I did answer on the first occasion and the line went dead. Since then I haven t picked up. This is becoming very disruptive and annoying.

This number was used by my local Peugeot garage/dealership where I take my car for MOT, servicing and repairs reminding me that my car is due for MOT.

I confirm that it s illegal. I believe they call from Asia because it is a financial call centre but they call when here is night! I don t use bad words because I don t want a ban, but they are criminal!

Clarity is a charity who sell their products over the telephone. I am not too sure how they obtain the numbers that they call.

Just received a call from these people claiming to be providing access to some sort of discount club and that they would send a welcome pack in the post. Saw the random number and predicted immediately it would be an insurance scammer. Sure enough, English sounding girl on the phone asking about recent accident. I told her I don t want to participate in her scam. She paused a few seconds and told me she was just calling from an insurance company (didn t actually say a company name). I told her no she wasn t. This number left me a voicemail saying they were calling from Inland Revenue and to ring them back. If I did not ring back I should expect legal action. Definitely a scam
