Cold call received from Thomson Reuters. He didn t know what it was about but wanted to connect my boss to somebody else!

012 5555 4810 rings me regularly and keeps hanging up, they don’t leave a voicemail either. I no longer answer the landline phone, I wait till calls go into voicemail. I have told friends and family to leave a message and I will pick-up the phone as soon as I recognise the caller or the reason for the call or I will call back. Called from 01245 407320 Unsolicited call from these cowboys today ( 25 Oct 2014). Despite my number being on the TPS, they asked for me by name. My wife wouldn t put the call thru to me until they confirmed what they wanted to ask me about. The caller refused to confirm this, so wifey hung up on them. I have had so so many calls from this PPI company I have lost count. I have worked in call centres before and know that legally if someone asks to be removed from the list, then you must ensure their number is removed, and yet they don t seem to do this.
