The number = 01709889223, this number phoned me today (at 13:08 on 1st March 2022) and the caller stated they were from BT OUTBOUND ringing about my telephone. They were indian, male and middle aged, they identified themselves as John Martin. I am ex-directory and my phone is registered with the telephone preference service to block sales calls and unwanted calls. I checked online and the number was listed as Indian and Rotherham based. SCAM someone called from that number and told me I won a Morrison's voucher and some lottery tickets, and needed my card number for the following week when I refused she hung up

I was called yesterday from this phone number. I answered, and right away, a robot with female voice started to say something about HMRC, penalty, and I remembered that I saw some reviews from another phone numbers saying about this kind of calls, pretended to be from HMRC. So, after 16 seconds, I hung up. Be careful, this is another spam!!

Scam. Claimed to be from the credit investigation department. Hung up.

SCAM Indian caller with poor English said they were from a company called Reclaim and a claim that I had made had been successful and they had £300 and something money ready to pay me. I told them I had no such claim and they had the wrong number and I hung up.

No reason for anyone from London to call me in Ohio.

Claimed to be ringing from NHS and started by saying Good Afternoon and this was at 08:46 so rang alarm bells anyhow. I cut him off after he apologised and said sorry Good Morning

Received a call today 21.6.22 at 13:15. Recorded message purporting to be Visa regarding to possible acts of fraud against my debit card. 1 x £1000 and 1 x £300. SCAM/FRAUD It sent me a text message "Hey dad, my new number can you text me on whatsapp using this number +447925258173" My daughter, who just happens to be abroad at present, knows nothing about it. I rang her using FB messenger to check.

I am getting phone calls from this number with a recorded message saying there are suspicious transactions on my bank account and it is asking to press 1 to authorize or 2 to speak to customer services. I did not press either. I called back the number and the lady that answered said this phone number has been hacked and I should ignore any calls from it.

Definite scam. I looked up Starpro - Aberdeen. They call off different numbers all based in Aberdeen and there's loads of people stating that they were scam artists trying to claim to be a phone company and asking for details.

Called our company number purporting to be EDF energy, wanting to know our energy suppliers and contract terms. Advised not interested, but the man kept pressing for details in an unprofessional manner. Disconnected call but they called back and then hung up on my colleague.

Pro scammer... He will try to convince you that he is from a bank you are using and he will try to make you tell him details of your bank total.. Do not answer.. Or if you answer him tell him to fuck off

I gave my details to a Fake BBC New story on Facebook about trading software and this company keeps calling me. I have asked them three times to delete my contact details under the GDPR "right to be forgotten" and they simply get abusive. They are looking for me to "activate my account and upload £200 on a debit/credit card".

+447587 754 177 This number texted me " Hi Mum I'm messaging you from my friend's phone as mine got smashed. Can you call me back please on this number" Both my sons and my only daughter were sitting in my living room with me at the time as they are staying with us for Christmas!. Nice try scammers . Reported and blocked the number.

I believe I have received what I believe to be a scam call from this number stating payments have been taken form my bank for Amazon and Western Union press 1 for customer support. Any 'odd' payments would not be reported by my bank in this way
