Indian sounding male with very broken English. After the fourth time of asking I finally managed to decipher that he said he was calling from BT Openreach. When I said 'OK I understand now' there was a long pause as if he didn't know what to say next. I could hear someone in the background also saying 'This is BT Openreach'. When I asked him what he was calling about he just kept repeating 'This is BT Openreach'. I asked him if he had lost his script......and he rang off.

This is a new number for Utilita, which has been using different numbers to market energy provision aggressively. Elsewhere, on different numbers, this company has generated a lot of complaints. Got called this morning by this number and hung up. They phoned back 5 times with a long string of threatening aggressive expletives. Then left a string of expletive ridden abusive messages on my answer phone. Asian sounding voice. Just annoyed by the fact I could "meet" this guy face to face
