SImilar number to other scam calls had recently where they say they are an energy company-capitlising on the recent news. Said he was an energy something in my area. Yeah right. Like Bournemouth is my area. Guy didnt even stutter when I answered the call as Sperm Bank. Said no thanks and hung up immediately. Blocked the number.

Potential scam about a tax fraud case
A man said he has been trying to get hold of me and is from an Energy company. As I don't like calls out of the blue I told him put information in the Post and quickly put the phone down.
SCAM Claims to be from O2 and sends texts messages during the call requesting that you tell the caller the code that is in the message for a 40% discount. An obvious scam, reported to NCSC and O2 as it looks like they’re trying to scam users into giving O2 account passcodes which is fraud. Kept her talking long enough for her to become quite rude and call me a liar, I’m not even with O2 so not sure why they’d target me, certainly not an O2 employee anyway.
Called back no answer, i am unsure about this phone number as I have been getting alot of scam calls recently.

This is a company called www.ppiclaimine.com. They have a freephone number 0800 0783542 which took me an age to track down. The person who has been harassing me for 2-years now is well spoken but with a potty mouth when challenged. Please keep on calling this number (it s free and you have nothing to lose). We need to fight back against these scammers.

Claimed to be calling from O2, Indian call centre. Offering a 40% discount off my next bill, but could not tell me the name of the account holder. Hung up when I asked who he wanted to speak to. Said he'd send 2 text messages for me to activate the discount!!!!! Why if he was from O2, and I was with O2 he'd have my details and could active the discount automatically. Block this number.

I say this because only my family know my mobile number and I won t give it out to ANYONE else. These numbers +44 8453304800, +44 1132735400 and +44 1132732500 have been calling and pestering me for months now, but I never answered the first time they called me as they made out they were student finance and a part of me believed them as the person whom I spoke to had a Scottish accent, but as soon as they asked me to pay £700 over the phone and of course not online this way there is less evidence that I have paid them and of course I said I didn t have that kind of money can I give it to you tomorrow
