I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. Keep calling even tho I didn t answer, when the son accidently answered cos I wasn t near the phone he told me who thery were. It is no use you asking/telling them to remove your number because they don t. I actually changed my number for this reason, and guess what? today they tried ringing my new number. Got a call from this number asking for some woman, i told them they have the wrong number. They responded with am i her partner, i repeated they have the wrong number and to take my number off the listing.
The business directory phones my office about 6 times a day. Most of the time they wait until I answer before they simply hang up. Other times they ask for my company details. They don t even ask if I want to advertise. Despite referring this to their complaint department they still continue to bombard me with calls. This is now harassment
