Scammers!!!! They called my grandmother regarding a PPI claim, telling her in order to claim she would need to put £400 on a travel card (this was their agency 'commission' apparently), and they would come to her home (beware, they already knew her address) to exchange the travel card for her "PPI compensation cheque". Thankfully we've taught her well and she called me first to ask if I thought it was a scam.

Female caller with an Asian accent rang from this number twice today. Said she was from Benefits UK. I asked who Benefits UK is, and she replied "A company", and wanted to ask me some questions, which would only take a couple of minutes. I replied that I do not answer questions over the phone, and she hung up. A couple of hours later, the number rang again, and my daughter answered. She told the caller that our number is ex directory and that we are TPS registered. Again, the caller hung up.
Called seven times in two minutes, I still didn t answer. Most likely Direct Legal as the number is similar to one of theirs that I blocked yesterday.

Told them it was an unsolicited call, the female has quoted the wrong law, she said good bye then waited for a response! aggressive mannerisms from the off and seemed to call for an argument!! Telemarketing - Glow Green Ltd. They sell boilers at 0% finance. The catch? The prices they charge for the boilers are inflated so they don't need to apply any finance charges. Oh and the call was purely speculative. I filled in a form online last night to find a plumber to fix a minor boiler problem.
