SCAM she says she was from Amazon security and that a mobile phone had been purchased on my husband's account, she said they'd sent an email, he was on Amazon at the time so I told him to check his order's and no phone had been purchased, he disconnected the call, later she sent an email with a link to click, I deleted the email.

Scammers seem to be choosing pensioners an awful lot, must think we are all brainless. Claimed to be Amazon, saying I’d bought a gift card for £49.99 and they wanted to check this was correct, and if it wasn’t did I want to cancel the order. I said it wasn’t me and I’d like to cancel (but was already suspicious - who buys a gift card for £49.99, rather than £50?!), then they started asking about which device I’d like the refund processed via. When I asked more questions about my concerns that this was a scam call they hung up.
