I just had a call from them & never picked it up. Assuming from all the comments on here, it sounds like it is Vodafone trying to get hold of the owner of all new phones to either check the service is ok or to check something else. I am surprised nobody else has clicked on to this yet......Doesn t sound too dodgy to me. Obviously Adrian has opted for no marketing calls from Carphone Warehouse themselves. Someone called Emma Macintosh, told me I had an accident recently, I repeatedly asked her when but she just kept saying I had had an accident and would I like to tell her the details. So I hung up

I have had 6+ calls from this number to my mobile, some dropping out immediately, but they appear to be pursuing hearing loss claims. I have asked for my number to be removed on several occisions, but so far with no apparent success.

A person by the name of Chris was asking about loft insulation and then put the phone down

Picked up the phone and it was silent so I ended the call. A little later the same number called again and I let it go to answer phone and no message was left.
