SPAM. or SCAM This number called me today and asked for someone who has not lived here for 15 years. So I hung up. (It felt quite good actually)

SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. I answered and he hung up after saying something I didn't quite hear seemed surprised I answered I've had 4 calls from this number when trying to ring it back to see who it was unknown number response I would say scam number now blocked

Asked for me by my first name, (the cheek of it). Then claimed to be from social housing repair, as we all know there is no such company (a legit one anyway). Furthermore, I know that my landlord do not deal with anyone that would just cold call tenants, especially one that uses an asian call center.
