Retarded call system means you wait a while to have the "agent" speak to you. Rude staff, the typical rubbish ambulance chasing type. Report to the ICO, this practice is bad enough without having a two bit con firm deliver these calls at a very low standard even for this industry, should be closed down.

Don t know why they called, someone else has said its when your bill is overdue. But mine is not overdue.

It was to do with my banking contract to help improve my banking package deal ie IF you pay for a premium banking service IE Lloyds Gold where in paying a monthly fee for your account they offer you various insurance packages the twit who phoned me was trying to tell me he was going to improve on my current offer!! Second number used by Vitality. I used the website for a ONLINE quote, and ticked or unticked all relevant boxes to avoid any contact being made. Clearly they are ignoring this and continue to bother me.

This telephone number keeps ringing and either hangs up straightaway or will ask for me by name then you hear others in the background making comments. Then the person hangs up. You are unable to return their call to speak to them

Scatter-gun accident not your fault type thing. Robo dialer seems to have been improved from the usual one that calls me. I usually let the computer pass me to an operator and waste some of their time before hanging up.

Have had two calls on my mobile from these people, both asking for me by a different name. Then it turned out they claimed I had asked for a quote for car insurance (I don t own a car). So I searched under the number and found these comments. Can ignore them in future.
