Numerous calls every day now. The calls have gone from roughly 1 a month to multiple calls a day. Despite blocking them on my phone, they use a different number every time. Now it s Silvershine Services and last month it was Smile Cloud services. Called my mobile, asked for someone I don't know, told them they had the wrong number, then tried to ask me questions, before the caller got through the first question I hung up.
This is on Vodafones call blocker too.
Claimed to be from BT hacking dept. Said my connection was being used by a hacker and they would have to close down my line unless I let them install anti hacking software. During the process £1800 was stolen from my credit card and my laptop is unusable. BT says 01623744013 isn't a phone number.

Called my 86 year old mom, 22.6 .18 they pressurised her and confused her so much, she did give her bank details, saying they were a call barring service, I rang back the number and told them under no circumstances that they take any money, £21.99 so lets see the babk 2mz. Cruel people!

SCAM Caller claimed to be from Energy Grant Advisory Service working k behalf of local council. I could find no such company online e, or on the local district council website. The caller did not understand what I meant when I said I had registered for TPS and insisted that he was no trying to sell anything. Was pushy on the call even after I said he should not be making an unsolicited call to this number and asking him to remove the nu ber from his contact list
