I got a call from this number - missed call. I called back and it was dead silent "Hello? Hello?" no reply. I called again, same thing. Something is definitely fishy about this number.

Caller identified herself as TalkTalk. Poor line and Indian accent sounded as overseas. Asked for personal details, when I queried this she hung up.

Why doesn t anyone do something about these calls? They really do annoy a lot of people and I am sure someone somewhere can stop these scammers. Why should we allow this to happen with the technology we have today? They are out to commit fraud and they should be stopped.
