Got several calls from this number today and yesterday - a new one not listed on this or any other phone spam-buster sites I checked. In the end, curiosity got the better of me just in case it was genuine and I phoned it from my Skype account. It didn t connect - but it did take ?2 (yes TWO POUNDS) off my Skype credit.

I Received a call from this number twice today and when i was able to answer they introduced themselves as Consumer helpline, the lady on the call advised that i had overpaid for finance in 2011 and she wished to help me get this refunded however i have never taken anything out on finance. I asked to submit a subject access request under the Data Protection Act where she then passed me to her manager. This number has phoned several times it has NO message but to say goodbye i know of no person from this area code and am reporting it to my registered authorities.

I took this call for my employer his lordship, the caller did not leave their details so did not pass on the callers request they asked whom I was told them I was his Lordships butler and the caller just kept saying the same word over sounded like oh or why could not make out the callers voice I was told to just hang up to which I did, I would advise anyone to do the same action.
