I played dumb and allowed them to get to the part where they wanted me to install TeamViewer to gain access to my computer. Churchill Car Insurance - Customer Service response using 60253 Short Text number, is charged by all U.K. Providers - Churchill don’t advise that this is the case. Very wrong in my opinion they need to change immediately it’s upsetting a lot of their customers.
I was called today by this company and found out who they were (on here). I promptly phoned their 0845 number and requested that they remove me from their database. I explained that I had caller preference and threatened to report them to Ofcom. The interesting thing is that they asked me if I knew a certain person (who they mentioned by name). This person was clearly the person they were chasing for the debt but I had never heard of her. They state on their website that they are they work ethically, honest
