A very confident, well spoken young man called at 10.52 this morning. He said, is that Mrs Evans and proceeded to quote my address, and then went on to say that I had a washing machine of which the insurance has expired. I only said, yes...er no, and he put the receiver down. I did have an insurance with D&G but not with DAG, and the machine has not been insured in years. How did he have my details? I have stopped answering calls altogether unless my telephone indicates caller s identity because the number of harassment calls has got worse. Recently I told O.V.O. I wanted to change my tariff to a single rate to replace Economy Seven. They have a nice website, but never answer the phone or email, so certainly can t provide any service for their appliances. One of them will likely write a comment below, pretending to be a customer, claiming how what I write is not true. You who work for them, have you no shame, no conscience?
