When I asked him for the identity of the PC and its serial number so I could identify which of the 200 PCs at my location was the issue he blathered a bit and then when I asked him which of the Police Constables he wished to speak to he hung up. Blacks Brokers appear to have changed tack and are now calling themselves Business Match UK - they asked if (name) still owned the business and then, can I have a quick chat, when I asked what it was about they hung up. Most annoying!
