Claimed to be a “Michael Fernandez” from Windows Technical Department.He told me that there has been a corruption with my computer and that he has to resolve it for me and started to give me directions on where to navigate on my pc. I stopped him and asked what exactly the problem was and he said it was something to do with the RAM and hardware and that if he doesn’t help me it will cause me major problems. Received a call from these muppets, I picked up the phone, someone yelled in my ear then they hung up. Obviously some hilarious joke in call centre land. I phoned them back and told them to remove my number from the system but, do they ever? They say they are "We Fight Any Claim".

Don’t know who they are, but suspect this is a scam. Had 4 calls from them, they hang up as soon as answer machine kicks in, then phone straight back, again hanging up when answer machine kicks in.
Asking about an accident that they think i was involved. Sounded like an automated/recorded voice. After saying no instant hang up.
