Caller speaks English with a bad accent. It's kind of a survey, but it feels like that it is the start of a scam. I would say, never pick up the phone!

I told them they had the wrong number, the caller replied, they had the right number but the wrong person, and continued to insist that I answer the questions. The voice sounded familiar from past nuisance calls apparently being from Dave a guy with an Asian accent.
Called us twice around 2am which we didn t answer. Called the number and it is not recognised!
