This number keeps on phoning says its BT and I am not getting my FULL internet speed according to their data. Yes they can fix it? Then I put the phone down BUT THEY DO PHONE BACK again &again. IS THIS A GENUINE CALL OR A SCAM? Has anyone else been phoned from this number & what was the result.

My car was involved in an accident, 100% liability on other driver & is going through Motability insurance (both cars are on the scheme). So no idea as to why Hastings Direct are calling me & how the heck they got my phone number!! So searched the number & got a lot of responses saying it s marketing, untrustworthy & not to respond! They ring up every week asking if you?ve updated your gas and electric meters to smart meters. I have with another company but if I say that they go on to ask about who it?s with etc. Don?t know about trustworthiness or not because I?ve never heard of their company other than them calling me.
