Apparently an energy company, trying to arrange a survey for new loft insulation. As soon as they realised I fell outside their target age bracket of 50-80 or 80+ they hung up.

Automated voice saying it's regarding a transaction on my Amazon account, order for over 1k using the card that has been used recently. It was asking me to press 1 if it is me placing the order or 2 if it's not. Obviously I hang up. Clearly a scam.

When I asked him for the identity of the PC and its serial number so I could identify which of the 200 PCs at my location was the issue he blathered a bit and then when I asked him which of the Police Constables he wished to speak to he hung up. I have now logged a total of 28 calls in the last month at all hours of the night and morning, same as previous replies to this post, just a nuisance, have now registered my landline to TPS and will lodge a complaint with them about this
Had calls at 0740 and 1133 today - same old same old! - offered to fix computer virus problems. Was I born yesterday? Wish there was some way of blocking these b*******s

Southwest water advising via a sms messaging that there is a problem with water in area, Do not help themselves as say message comes from another number, speak so fast it is impossible to get it down, abd also the website sounds like it is Luigi something, had 3 calls one recorded second one they didnt play message and third i managed to listen to,,some credibility as no water for nearly 6hours today

Got an unsolicited call from this number. Did not pick up the phone but dialled 1471 to find out the number that had called me. Turned out to be Solution Marketing of Nottingham so I have complained to the TPS with whom my landline is registered.
